Sandi Piatz serves as President & CEO of United Way of Cass-Clay and brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across business, nonprofit, and community sectors. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for building partnerships that create lasting community impact.
Before joining United Way, Sandi held leadership roles with OmniByte, Advantage Payment Services, Eide Bailly, and Microsoft. Her leadership is rooted in her belief that meaningful impact happens when people feel connected, empowered, and inspired to serve others. She and her husband, Perry, are active members of the Cass-Clay community and are passionate about living out their faith through service and leadership.
