About this Event
Why does change feel so hard...even when we know it's necessary?
The answer isn't a better process. It's readiness psychology. And that's exactly what we're exploring on June 19th.
Break the Block is a 2.5-hour hands-on experience designed for leaders, team members, and anyone who navigates change whether you're driving it or living through it.
Using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, we'll move beyond theory and into a room where every person builds, thinks out loud, and contributes equally. No back-row observers. No one dominating the conversation. Just 20 people doing the actual work of understanding how they show up when things shift.
What makes this different
Most change training tells you what to do. This session helps you understand why you respond the way you do and gives you a new lens to bring back to your team.
LEGO® Serious Play® isn't arts and crafts. It's a facilitation methodology grounded in constructionism theory, used globally by organizations like NASA, Google, Coca-Cola and Unicef. When your hands are building, your brain is processing. The insights that come out of the bricks are ones that conversation alone rarely surfaces.
