The Gower Heritage Centre runs around a 12th century waterwheel and mill, flour is still ground on the stones. What better place to explore the forgotten breads and village breads from around the world.
This is a course for all abilities, beginners will have great fun!
So join me in the 1940's village shop and Dairy to learn the old techniques and forms of different breads and their history and traditions, tantalise your taste buds and expand your knowledge and artisan skills.
Please bring an apron and tea towel, baking sheets and containers to take your delicious creations home.
