Join us for an intimate workshop on Saturday 11th April where you'll make bread and butter from scratch in one of our beautiful exhibit buildings.
In this workshop, you'll gather around the table to learn how to make a range of traditional Irish bread cooked on the griddle, and in pots nestled in the embers.
Next, you’ll be shown how butter was traditionally made and have a go yourself before you settle down to enjoy what you’ve made. Make sure to bring a container as there will be lots of tasty treats to bring home!
