Welcome to North Bay SBK's new Zouk monthly series! We are excited to welcome Anna Onstad Hargrave to our Find Your Flow Zouk four week series' beginning on April 7h, continuing 14th, 21st, and 28th.. Additional dates are added beginning each month on the first Mondays- including May, June, etc.
We invite dancers to come learn this sensual and connective partner dance form, and look forward to growing our Zouk scene here in Sonoma County!
Beginner Zouk classes are from 6:00 to 7:00pm and the 4 week course costs $80. Drop-in is $30

Intermediate Zouk classes are from 7:30 to 9pm and the 4 week course costs $100. Drop in is $35 for these classes.

Intermediate dancers who would also like to attend the beginner series will pay an additional $40 to be part of that class.
ANNA ONSTAD-HARGRAVE
Anna began her dance journey in 2019 in Seattle. In 2021, she began to train intensively with Walter & Larissa, and in 2022, she began to regularly travel to Brazil to train with teachers such as Léo & Ana, Walter & Larissa, and Letícia Castro. She is also a trained heels dancer, studying and performing with ZTheory Academy, run by renowned heels dancer Natalya Zrazhevskaya.
For the past year, Anna has been training intensively with Léo Gomes and learning his methodology, philosophy, and approach to dance. She has also gone on to organize several weekenders, retreats, and festivals.
