Brazilian Partner Dance

Everyone's starting fresh this week so there's never been a better time to learn Forró. Everyone's welcome, there's no need to bring a partner or book, just bring yourself and be ready to dance closely.

Classes are by donation. Suggestion £5.

It's best danced in light, flat, comfortable shoes (no heel).

Tonight's teachers:

- Andrea danced professionally in Chile before moving to Edinburgh and discovering Forró. She leads and follows in equal measure and has a great sense of fun and a keen attention to detail. Expect warmth and honesty.

- Robin has been dancing and teaching Forró at a high level for several years. He dances mostly as a leader but follows often and has a good insight into following and teaches both. His background is in Salsa and Tango, but he fell in love with Brazilian rhythms after playing in a Samba band.
