Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Drilling & Sparring

It is body chess. Being a physical sport it of course conditions the body and offers an incredible workout but, more importantly, to beat your opponent you need to outsmart them.

This class is about drilling techniques and then putting them into practice while sparring. You will practice attacking and escaping from specific positions as well as exploring your own style.

Taught by black belt Sebastian who has no problem pulling his sleeves up and getting stuck into sparring too.
