Every month, we bring the best of Brazilian dance culture to DC with an exciting lineup of classes and social dancing, featuring Samba no pé, Forró, Samba de Gafieira, Lambada, and Brazilian Zouk. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this event is the perfect place to immerse yourself in Brazilian music and dance while connecting with the community.

Forró Class | 11 AM - 12 PM
Step into the lively world of Forró! Learn the basics and start moving to the rhythm of this classic Brazilian partner dance.
Samba no pé Class | 12 - 1 PM
Get your feet moving and master the energetic solo style of Samba! Perfect for beginners and those looking to improve their technique.
Samba de Gafieira Class | 1 - 2 PM
Learn the elegant and rhythmic partner dance of Samba de Gafieira. A fantastic way to practice footwork and connection with a partner!
Dança de Salão Practica | 2 - 4 PM
A relaxed session to practice everything you’ve learned! Dance, ask questions, and refine your skills with peers.
Brazilian Zouk Intensive Workshop | 4 - 6 PM
An open-level intensive workshop for anyone looking to improve their Brazilian Zouk technique. No experience necessary!
Lambada Study Hall | 6 - 11 PM
An informal, student-driven study session where you can collaborate, share knowledge, and help each other succeed! No teachers, just a relaxed space to ask questions, study together, and connect.
Brazilian Zouk Social | 7 - 11 PM
End the day with a vibrant Brazilian Zouk social! Put your skills to the test and enjoy dancing in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

🚗 Parking: FREE parking at and around Union Market. La Cosecha Parking Garages are free for the first 3 hours, $15 after.
🚇 Public Transport [METRO accessible]: Conveniently located near NoMA-Gallaudet U Metro Station (Red Line) and accessible by U St-Garfield Metrobus lines (90, 92, and 93).

Salon de Danse Intensive: $48 three styles and the Salon de Danse practica
2hr Intensive: $45 until the week of the event
Do the whole day for $88.24 includes all classes, practicas, and socials
*Lambada Practica included with any ticket purchase.
