About this Event
Our pinstripes workout will be a 50 minute full body bodyweight and bands workout with athletic based functional movements. Participants can expect a warm up, circuit style intervals with high energy and intensity and several breaks for high fives, before settling into a cool downs. All levels are welcome and our certified coach will provide personalized recommendations for any limitations and keep you motivated through the session!
9 A.M - 9:50 AM: Full bodyweight & bands workout with functional movements. No experience needed—just bring your mat! Class will start at 9:00 A.M, so please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and set up your mat.
10:00 A.M. - 11:00 AM : After class, enjoy a complimentary mimosa (21+) and stay for brunch! 20% off your brunch!!!
If interested in brunch thereafter, Please reserve brunch online at https://www.pinstripes.com/walnut-creek/bistro to ensure we have ample seating & accomodations. All guests who opt-in for brunch will recieve 20% of their final bill.
