Welcome to BRAVE Moves MKE, hosted by Bereaved Together ❤️BRAVE Moves is a monthly, in-person grief wellness gathering for bereaved mothers (miscarriage through adult child loss).
BRAVE Moves isn’t about fitness or pushing through. It’s a gentle, grief-informed space to move with grief in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and empowering — together.
✨️BRAVE Moves MKE's July Gathering features:
STAND UP PADDLEBOARD STRENGTH on Pewaukee Lake with Pewaukee Paddle✨
A strength workout on an anchored paddle board. A unique way to move, play, and enjoy time on the water in the summer sun. Paddle out casually for a warm-up, then either sit or stand while soaking up fresh air during a strength and core workout, focusing on stability and balance in rhythm with the lake.

Every registered attendee receives:

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up for your BRAVE Moves gathering: choose to have your fee fully refunded, rolled over to use for the next month's gathering, or donate it back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of the session/gift it forward to another grieving mom.
