Burial Woods is a queer, non-binary musician from Burlington, Vermont who makes industrial-tinged darkwave and synth pop using modular synths and other electronics. Drawing heavy inspiration from the industrial sounds and goth vibes of the 80s and 90s (Bauhaus, The Cure, Sisters of Mercy, Ministry, NIN, etc), Burial Woods weaves a dark, eclectic spell of melancholic darkwave driven by pop sensibilities.
