With a strong focus on practical application, you’ll learn how to identify and improve key customer touchpoints, align your brand voice, and use simple storytelling to communicate clearly. The session also explores how to balance emotional and rational messages, develop budget‑friendly campaign ideas, and use customer feedback to continuously refine and improve how your brand shows up in the real world.
This event will be led by Duncan Burgess. Duncan, is a brand strategist and the founder of Totally Harmless and Rebel Lemon, helping businesses get clear on who they are and what makes them different. He’s known for a practical, down‑to‑earth approach to brand strategy, cutting through the jargon to give businesses simple tools they can actually use.
A light breakfast will be available from 8.15am and parking is free on site.
