New weekly Sunday night class 🥳 We will be kicking off the New Year with some Classic Rockfit tracks in preparation for the 10th Anniversary class later this month.
These tracks are perfect for newcomers and seasoned rockfitties (who may not have done some of these old School tracks for a while!) 🤘
Easy to follow routines with cardio & toning, fun dance based routines.
£6 per session (your 1st class is free) and free parking on site.
Suitable for all fitness levels, please arrive a few mins early of your 1st session to full out a PAR-Q form.
