Emily Conley is a seasoned branding and design professional with over 13 years of experience in advertising, specializing in helping businesses craft compelling, cohesive brand identities. As the Owner and Art Director of Big Echo Creative, she leads branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives, helping businesses elevate their presence through strategic design and storytelling.
A passionate entrepreneur, Emily took full ownership of Big Echo Creative in July 2024, steering the agency into a new era of growth and innovation. She also serves as a board member for NAWBO Kentucky, advocating for and empowering women business owners.
Beyond her work in branding, Emily is dedicated to supporting careers in trade industries as a co-founder of Worthwhile Opportunities, a nonprofit that provides scholarships for individuals pursuing skilled trades.
A creative leader, entrepreneur, and dedicated community builder, Emily balances her thriving career with her personal life as a wife to Ethan and a mom to their young son, Dan.
