Chapter 12: From the Ground Up: Building a Startup in the Brampton Innovation District
This chapter follows the journey of an innovator who refused to accept that barriers were inevitable. Instead, he set out to build a world where access is the default, not the exception.
Born with partial blindness, Amandipp Singh grew up navigating systems never designed with him in mind. But rather than letting those limitations define him, he used them as fuel — turning lived experience into leadership and challenges into opportunities for change.
Join the Brampton Entrepreneur Centre as we welcome Amandipp to share his story — a journey of innovation, advocacy, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Learn how technology, lived experience, and inclusive design can come together to rewrite what accessibility looks like for the future.

Enabled Talent
Born with partial blindness, Amandipp Singh grew up navigating systems never designed with him in mind. But rather than letting those limitations define him, he used them as fuel — turning lived experience into leadership and challenges into opportunities for change.
Today, Amandipp is the founder of Enabled Talent, an AI-powered company based in Brampton’s Innovation District and dedicated to transforming inclusive employment and accessibility infrastructure. His work champions a powerful belief: people don’t need fixing — systems do. For the 1.3 billion people with disabilities worldwide, he is building solutions that make opportunity possible by design, not by chance.
In 2025, Amandipp received a Humanitarian Award for advancing disability inclusion, and his influence continues to shape policy and practice through advisory roles with organizations such as Inclusion Action Ontario. Each initiative he leads reflects a simple but transformative vision: when we design for the margins, we uplift everyone.
