ICD's Growing with Diabetes conference is a community-driven event focused on supporting children, teens, and families as they grow while living with diabetes. Rooted in ICD’s mission to build confidence and real-world skills for managing type 1 diabetes, the conference brings together families, healthcare professionals, peer mentors, advocates, and community partners for a day of meaningful learning and connection.With dedicated children’s and teen programming, participants engage in age-appropriate, interactive sessions that emphasize independence, self-advocacy, and confidence in diabetes management. Alongside expert-led workshops and caregiver resources, the conference creates a supportive space where individuals and families can gain practical tools, connect with peers, and take steps toward thriving independently with diabetes.

When: Sunday March 29, 9:30am - 3:30pm
Who: Open to youth, adults and families living with type 1 diabetes
