All movement is gentle and optional. Activities can be done seated or standing, at your own comfort level
About the Presenter
Amy Kelley is a Certified Brain Health Trainer & Medical Fitness Specialist, as well as Founder and Executive Director of Brain Matters, specializing in fitness and brain health for people living with mild cognitive impairment or dementia.
