Please join the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the cozy Bracebridge Hall.

This evening is designed to be a balance of business and celebration. We want to say a big thank you for your support by offering a fun night to mingle with your fellow Chamber members while we take share our vision for the new year, celebrate the last, and take care of important business such as voting in your new Board Directors.

What to Expect

• Great Food & Drink: Enjoy delicious food while Bracebridge Hall serves up drinks to suit every taste. From your favourite brews to fancy cocktails and refreshing mocktails, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
• Connect with our Leadership: This is your opportunity to connect with your current Board of Directors and meet the new nominees who will represent you in the coming year.
• Look Ahead: While we will vote in the new board, our main focus is on the opportunities available in 2026. We are excited to share what we are planning for the next year to keep your business connected and community thriving.

Membership is required to attend. We encourage you to register to help us plan for catering purposes.

• 5:30 PM: Doors Open. Networking reception with food and drinks (cash bar available for drinks).
• 6:00 PM: Annual General Meeting call to order.
• Voting in the 2026 Board of Directors
• Presentation of 2026 Plans and Opportunities
• 7:00 PM: Closing remarks and final networking.
• 7:30 PM: Event concludes.
