About this Event
Brōga: Season 2 is all about discovering balance in new ways. Through movement, breath, conversation, science, community, and maybe even a laugh (gasp), Ryan and Mel explore how both strength and softness — often labeled masculine and feminine — already exist within all of us.
This experience blends yoga, guided breathwork, meditation, and practical nervous system education through a more human conversation around the two modes we all live in:
- push and release
- effort and ease
- control and surrender
Throughout the workshop, Ryan and Mel will alternate teaching styles and energy, creating a dynamic experience that moves between grounding strength and fluid awareness. Participants will experience firsthand how different breathing patterns, movement styles, and mindfulness techniques influence the body, mind, and nervous system in real time.
No yoga or breathwork experience is necessary. This workshop is not about being flexible, spiritual, calm, or “good” at yoga.
It’s about experimenting with the different energies we all carry — and discovering what happens when we stop fighting ourselves long enough to actually listen.
