Join the Flourish Mom Co at Bee Relentless Boxing for an all levels boxing + HIIT class. Get ready for a 45-minute powerhouse workout designed to burn fat, build muscle, and push your limits.
The first half of class delivers high-energy cardio boxing, perfect for torching calories and boosting endurance. The second half shifts into a HIIT-style strength rotation, focused on muscle growth, power, and overall conditioning.
