Class Highlights:
Basic Techniques: Learn fundamental punches and footwork (jab cross hook uppercut and stepping).
Warm-Up: Prepare your body with light stretching and engage in a mix of cardio and strength exercises for a full-body workout.
Shadow Boxing: Practice your techniques in front of the mirror focusing on form movement and speed.
Mitt Training: Experience the thrill of hitting the mitts in a safe controlled environment.
Heavy Bag Work: Build strength and power by hitting the heavy bag while working on combinations and timing.
Light Sparring: light sparring to apply techniques in a controlled safe setting.
The emphasis is on skill development not hard contact.
Cool Down: End with stretching to promote relaxation and recovery.

Instructor Bio:
KAIYA
With a background in karate from his student days quickly rose to prominence as the No.1 trainer at the popular darkroom boxing gym b-monster. Following his success there he transitioned to working as a trainer at various boxing and kickboxing gyms where he had the opportunity to coach top athletes including K-1 and RIZIN fighters. Skilled in boxing kickboxing and Muay Thai brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness and training goals.
