As we did for the third time last year, we're asking for your help honoring the fourth birthday of our precious son, Brooks. We are trying to accomplish two things:
1) Bring our friends and family together to sweat out a workout for Brooks
2) Raise money for the Mother's Milk Bank of North Texas, as collected through this GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/6fb104519

These things are related but not dependent -- if you can donate, please donate. If you can sweat with us, please sweat with us. We’re going on four years of donating to the milk bank in Brooks’ honor, and at this point you all have helped us donate $14,510! Every dollar helps the milk bank process *millions* of ounces of donated breast milk to be distributed in North Texas (164 of which were donated by Laura). This year, our goal is to raise another $5,490 to bring us to a round $20,000 donated since Brooks’ passing.
Additionally, over 30 people showed up to Erwin Park last year to walk or run three miles through the beautifully wooded North Loop Trail.
This year, we’re booked for up to 40 spots at Rumble Boxing for some mental-physical therapy. Bring your baggage and leave it smashed into the bags with us, and then join us after for a well-deserved mimosa and snack. Attendance is free and all fitness levels are welcome, but boxers must be 13+ to participate.
