Come join us at Fitness Max for a completely FREE Boxing Clinic for 20 screened participants. This clinic is to support physical and mental health hosted by The Council on Recovery's Innovative Healing Centered Project (I.H.C.P). Must be between the ages of 18-24 to sign up. Whether you're a beginner looking to throw your first punch or a seasoned pro wanting to refine your skills, this clinic is perfect for all levels. Our experienced trainer Terrance Wright at Fitness Max 24/7 will guide you through proper techniques, footwork, and drills to help you establish necessary coping skills.
