Hey everyone! Join us on Saturday, March 29th at CoreLife Cool Springs for BOX 'N' BOWL. This is a free community boxing class with TITLE Boxing Club Franklin. The class will be outside from 10-10:45am and then everyone can head inside following the class for 50% off lunch (bowls, wraps, tacos, smoothies, etc.)

Everyone is welcome! Just be sure to bring water & a towel because y'all will work up a sweat 💦 It'll be a time to build community, move your body, & fuel up with a healthy lunch 🥗🌯 There are limited spots available so don't wait to sign-up!
