Bowl of 'Zole™ Boston 2026

Join us at the on Saturday, February 7, 2026, for the Boston edition of the festival called NYC's and Denver's hottest popup.
Boston's top chefs will be serving up traditional and innovative preparations of pozole, a classic dish from Mexico with a history that goes back centuries. Try everything from local seafood and hearty vegetarian pozoles to quintessential pork pozole. While the full lineup for Bowl of 'Zole™ Boston 2026 is under wraps, previous years have also included more favorites like tacos and quesadillas, all from the region’s rising-star chefs and award-winning restaurants.
Pair every bite with a stunning selection of spirits. Sample ultra-smooth top-shelf tequilas and small-batch artisan mezcals, then sip on to learn about raicilla and sotol. Enjoy Mexican beers and wines alongside cocktails and zero-proof beverage options.
