Bowl Drums-N-Harmony - Free Sound Bath

Step into deep stillness with Bowl Drums-n-Harmony, a restorative sound bath experience infused with yoga-based meditation, rhythmic drumming, and the healing tones of crystal singing bowls.

This isn’t a concert — it’s a full-body reset. We’ll begin with light breathwork to ground the body, followed by a guided meditation. Then, settle in as you're surrounded by resonant frequencies from bowls, drums, and layered sound textures designed to release stress, balance your nervous system, and drop you into a meditative state.

Expect:
— Crystal singing bowls, frame drum, chimes & other sound tools
— Meditation guidance for inner calm
— A deeply immersive, restful experience

This session will be held indoors in the studio (not on the lawn), creating a quiet, cozy environment ideal for sound healing.

The sound healing will be inside at Yoga Six at Liberty Station, behind the Trader Joe's & Cold Stone Creamery. This event is FREE to the public, but you must register to attend.
Also, the title is just a play on words thought up by a 90s kid & hip-hop fan. The sound bath will not be themed around Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. :)
