Tic-Tac-Toe ChickenSATURDAY | NOVEMBER 29 | 10:30 AM – 12 PM
ANCIENT ARTS OF CHINA EXHIBITION
Join author Kimberly Tso for a reading of Tic-Tac-Toe Chicken, inspired by the true story of Lillie, a chicken trained to play tic-tac-toe in New York’s Chinatown Fair arcade who later found a new home on a rescue farm. With vibrant illustrations, this book highlights a local cultural touchstone and shows how kids can solve problems with creativity and courage.
Held every last Saturday of the month, Storytime in the Galleries includes free copies of each author’s featured book for the first 35 to RSVP and free General Admission to the galleries for the first 35 participants to arrive at each event. Reading in the galleries will be followed by a simple, fun art project that kids will love.
This program is made possible through a generous donation from Capital Group.
