About this Event

Set in the stunning blooms of a secret lavender field echoing the beauty of rural Provence, enjoy an evening of entertainment and a delicious French set tasting menu highlighting the versatility of indulgent Boursin® cheese.

You’ll also be one of the first to experience Boursin’s® latest culinary partnership, with the opportunity to try a collaborative dish, due to feature on the summer menu at Côte Brasserie restaurants.

On the menu

· Boursin® Tartes Provençale - Rosemary shortbread tarts with caramelised beetroots, courgettes, whipped Boursin® cream and lavender honey

· Boursin® Harissa Tomatoes® Breton tomatoes drizzled with a rose harissa dressing, served on creamed Boursin® Garlic & Herbs with pickled shallots and flatbread

· Moules à la Boursin® – Mussels with a delicious Boursin® sauce full of herby creaminess

· Boursin® Seasonal Summer Poulet Roti - Boursin® stuffed roast chicken, served with seasonal stoned fruits (apricots, plums peaches and cherries), roast rosemary new potatoes and a vinaigrette salad

· Boursin® Salade d'Asperges – asparagus salad, with herby dressing, puy lentils and nuts topped with Boursin® Minis

· Seasonal sharing pavlova - French seasonal fruits - strawberries, raspberries and cherries with St-Germain curd and lavender

Unfortunately, due to the set-up of this immersive event, the above set menu is not able to be altered or substituted in line with individual dietary requirements.

Dress code

We’d suggest wearing appropriate flat footwear for the lavender fields. This is an open-air event, so recommend bringing sensible provisions – for example, suncream in the case of strong sun, and a warm layer in the case of cold weather.

Transport

We encourage you to travel sustainably, making use of the nearby Eynsford train station with direct links to London. Please be aware there is a short walk from the train station to the venue, approx. 10 minutes along a mowed path within a grass field.

If driving, please aim for: Lower Austin Lodge Farmhouse, Upper Austin Lodge Road, Eynsford, Kent DA4 0HT, and follow the signs to parking. Please note travel costs are not covered by Boursin

· Tickets for this free experience are subject to availability, based on a first-come-first-served basis.

· All guests must be aged 18 or over at the time of booking.

· Tickets are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.

· Any guest may only purchase a maximum of two tickets. For groups of more than two guests, please ask additional guests to book tickets separately.

· Boursin® reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, reschedule or cancel this event for any given reason.

· Boursin® reserves the right to deny entry to this event for any given reason. In the event of any dispute, Boursin’s® decision is final.
