The events will run as:- (all weights and events subject to change)
Event 1 – Deadlift for reps - 60sec time limit.
Deadlift for reps get as many reps in 60 seconds as possible. Any bounced or touch and go reps will be disallowed. Any hitching etc is fine we just want a good solid lockout. Any straps, chalk, suits allowed, no oil
Women U73 – 120kg
Women U82 – 130kg
Women Opens – 145kg
Men u80 – 200kg
Men u90 – 215kg
Men u105 – 230kg
Men Opens – 260kg
Event 2 – Axle Floor To Overhead- Max weight.
Rising bar in a “round robin” style. If the athlete cannot lift the weight they will be eliminated and their score will be taken. Sleeves, wrist wraps, grip tops, belts, chalk allowed. No straps, no tacky.
Women U73 – starting weight 30kg
Women U82 – starting weight 40kg
Women Opens – starting weight 50kg
Men u80 – starting weight 60kg
Men u90 – starting weight 70kg
Men u105 – starting weight 80kg
Men Opens – starting weight 95kg
Event 3 –Farmers Carry into Duck Walk– 15m Farmer carry into 15m Duck Walk to platform.
Grip tops, sleeves, wraps belts, chalk allowed. No straps, tacky of any kind or liquid chalk. 60secs max time
Women U73 – 60kg to 75kg
Women U82 – 70kg to 80kg
Women Opens – 80kg to 90kg
Men u80 – 90kg to 110kg
Men u90 – 100kg to 120kg
Men u105 – 115kg to 130kg
Men Opens – 130kg to 140kg
Event 4 – Sandbag run to Sandbag over Yoke – 60s
Athletes will have 60 seconds to lift a sandbag to their chest, run 10m to a yoke then complete as many lifts over the yoke with the remainder of the time. No grip tops, gloves or tacky of any kind. Chalk, wraps, belts allowed.
Women U73 – 50kg
Women U82 – 60kg
Women Opens – 70kg
Men u80 – 70kg
Men u90 – 85kg
Men u105 – 100kg
Men Opens – 130kg
Event 5 – Sword Crucifix hold – Timed hold.
Athletes will hold a weighted sword in each hand with their arms extended out to the sides, forming a “T” shape with their body. Arms must remain fully extended and level with the shoulders throughout the attempt. Wrist wraps, sleeves, chalk allowed, no straps, tacky

Weigh ins will be from 8am ON THE DAY!
Registration from 8AM with athlete brief at 9.30AM and first event start at 10:00AM.
Spectators are welcome.
Tickets are £3 in advance or £5 on the door.
