Bourdain Day | София, на открито„Да се приема храната твърде насериозно е опасно.“
На 25 юни, за осма поредна година, ще отбележим Bourdain Day - в чест на човека, който ни показа, че вкусната храна няма нужда от излишна претенция, а най-хубавите истории почти винаги започват около масата и с храна.
Тази година In Food Veritas организира едно от най-големите си събития досега, еднодневно градско събиране в скрит вътрешен двор в сърцето на София.
Не фестивал.
Не networking event.
Не просто вечеря.
А среща на хора, храна, напитки, музика и истории, всичко това в духа на Антъни Бурдейн.
Как би искал да го отбележим самият той? Можем само да гадаем, но сме сигурни в няколко неща:
* много питиета
* много вкусна храна
* никакви излишни претенции
Каним ви в приветливия двор на ул. „Шипка“ 23, където за един следобед и една вечер ще съберем внимателно подбрани партньори, готвачи, бармани, винари и приятели, които не просто сервират, а разказват истории чрез това, което правят.
Очаквайте коктейли, вино, бира и храна, създадена за споделяне, за ядене на крак, но и за онези моменти, в които просто искаш да седнеш, да се отпуснеш и да оставиш някой друг да се погрижи за всичко.
За музикалната атмосфера през целия ден ще се погрижи DJ Ihou със селекция, която плавно ще води вечерта, от лежерен следобед до топъл градски groove под открито небе.

“Taking food too seriously is dangerous.”
On June 25th, for the 8th consecutive year, we will celebrate Bourdain Day, in honor of the man who showed us that great food doesn’t necessarily equal pretention, and that the best stories almost always begin around the table and with food.
This year, In Food Veritas is organizing one of its biggest events so far — a one-day urban gathering experience in a hidden courtyard in the heart of Sofia.
Not a festival.
Not a networking event.
Not just dinner.
But a meeting of people, food, drinks, music and stories, all in the spirit of Anthony Bourdain.
How would he have wanted us to celebrate it? We can only guess, but we’re pretty sure about a few things:
* lots of drinks
* seriously good food
* absolutely no unnecessary pretension
We invite you to the welcoming courtyard at 23 Shipka Street, where for one afternoon and evening we’ll bring together carefully selected partners, chefs, bartenders, winemakers and friends, people who don’t just serve, but tell stories through what they do.
Expect cocktails, wine, beer and food made for sharing, for eating standing up, but also for those moments when you simply want to sit down, relax and let someone else take care of everything.
The musical atmosphere throughout the day will be curated by DJ Ihou, guiding the evening smoothly from a laid-back afternoon into a warm urban groove under the open sky.
