About this Event
Amine Karaoud's highly-admired whiskey and tasting experience, known as Old Louisville Whiskey Company, has a new home in the Shively neighborhood of Louisville.
The new site is an historic whiskey warehouse dating back to 1933 - right at the end of Prohibition. It was originally part of the Seagram’s distilling empire, one of the giants of American whiskey in the 20th century. Old Louisville Whiskey Co. acquired and is restoring the building rather than replacing it - leaning into the history of the structure.
A perfect example of Old Louisville's commitment to quality over quantity is evident in the care that goes into each bottle of their small-batch bourbon. They use only premium spirits and age their whiskey for a minimum of 7 years before bottling it by hand.
In addition to tasting whiskey theived straight from the barrel, we will also take a tour of the facility.
Of course we'll have tasty food and awesome door prizes, as always.
The Bourbon Brotherhood is a monthly gathering of men who enjoy bourbon and camaraderie. You must be 21+ to attend this event. Please drink responsibly.
