Boundless Waves is an offering of six 5Rhythms Certified Teachers who have over 7 decades of combined experience, and a depth and mastery in guiding others in exploration of this movement meditation practice. Each teacher will bring their unique personality and style to the dance floor, unified by their passion and trust in the transformational power of this practice.
Let’s dance beyond the habitual borders of our being, and celebrate moving together in Boundless Waves!
Held Fridays by a collective of six 5Rhythms teachers, we offer the opportunity to shake the week out in community.
Tune in, express, release, and unwind. Reset, reconnect, and recharge for the week ahead. When we dance the Waves together, we allow ourselves to practice embodying freedom.
Created by Gabrielle Roth, the 5Rhythms – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness® – are states of Being. They are a map to everywhere we want to go, on all planes of consciousness – inner and outer, forward and back, physical, emotional and intellectual. They are markers on the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild, passionate, instinctive self.
Everybody's welcome! There are no steps to follow, no need for experience of any movement practice or dancing skills, and no physical limitation or exclusion. If you have a body, you can dance! Please dress comfortably, ready to sweat! Bring your curiosity, a water bottle and your friends.

PLEASE NOTE: Classes by a Non 5RTA Accredited Teacher do not count as prerequisite hours towards the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path. Please contact us if you have any questions.
