This course offers an 18-hr comprehensive experiential training designed to give the current teacher or serious student an in-depth guide through the techniques and practices of restorative yoga. This course may be taken for CE credits or as an immersion.Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that uses props and supports that allow the practitioner to hold poses for a longer period of time without strain, promoting deeper relaxation and creating a space for healing. This allows students relief from stress, including the stress of trying to achieve a posture. Sessions will include, restorative yoga practice, practice teaching, lecture, sequencing, discussion, restorative techniques and time for questions and answers.

18 Credit hours counting toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (or may apply hours to the BYS 300 hour program)
Full experiential class session
Learn the art of teaching restorative yoga

ZOOM if joining on Zoom you will need your own props. We suggest:
4 Yoga Blocks
4-6 Blankets (Beach towels can also work)
Yoga Strap (or long scarf)
2 Bolsters (or medium cushions)
1 folding chair

*Certificate of Completion will be provided to students fulfilling all required hours, assignments, and assessments.
Refund Policy:
2 months prior to first day of training Full refund.
1 month prior to first day of training 50% refund, 50% Studio Credit
2 weeks prior to training no refund, no credit, space may be transferred to another client.
