Many women are used to being the reliable one.The one who helps.
The one who says yes.
The one who keeps things running smoothly.
Over time, constantly showing up for everyone else can leave very little space for ourselves.
We may find it difficult to say no, set limits, or communicate our needs without feeling guilt or pressure.
Boundaries Without Guilt offers a space to explore a healthier way forward.
In this guided workshop, we will explore how boundaries protect our energy, support emotional well-being, and help create more balance in daily life.
In this workshop you will:
β’ recognize patterns that make setting boundaries difficult
β’ understand why many women experience guilt when saying no
β’ learn simple ways to communicate needs and limits clearly
β’ leave with practical tools for protecting your energy
This workshop includes guided reflection, discussion, and practical strategies that you can begin using immediately.
You will leave with greater clarity about where boundaries may support your well-being and how to communicate them with confidence.
All are welcome.
