Families throughout our community are invited to join us in the new year for our next IRC Kids Parenting Family Workshop Series, “Boundaries with Kids: How Healthy Boundaries Grow Healthy Children” by Dr. Henry Cloud & Dr. John Townsend. A wonderful opportunity provided for free to all families in partnership with The Kids’ Place Christian Learning Center, IRC Christian Academy and IRC Kids!Learn how to help our children take responsibility for their own actions and emotions, Work to build steady boundaries and consistency in a bustling household. Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend will take us through the ins and outs of establishing loving limits and instilling character in our children---ones that will help them lead balanced, productive, and fulfilling adult lives.
Workshops will be held on Monday evenings, January 6th, 13th & 27th, from 5:30-7pm at Indian River Church. A simple dinner, workshop materials and loving childcare (while spaces remain) are provided. There is no charge for this workshop series.
Experience a time of connection with other families of all ages, sizes and shapes. Make new friends. Equip yourself with techniques that help families navigate parenting challenges. Build stronger families and community together!
