About this Event
Growing Girl is an adult psychoeducation service for all. We are female-dominated but never female-only.
This November, we invite you to join us in Birmingham for a 2-hour deep-dive workshop on boundaries — what they are, why they matter, and how to set them with confidence. Boundaries are not walls; they’re the foundations of healthy relationships, self-respect, and emotional well-being. This is a research-based seminar and workshop. You will receive a course booklet, and certificates of completion are available upon request.
Through guided teaching, interactive group activities, and reflective exercises, you’ll gain clarity on your own personal boundaries and learn how to communicate them in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. You’ll leave not only with knowledge, but with a personalised plan tailored to your life, relationships, and values.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
In just two immersive hours, you’ll gain:
✅ A clear understanding of what boundaries are (and what they’re not)
✅ Tools to set and maintain boundaries in personal, family, and work life
✅ Confidence-building exercises to strengthen your voice
✅ Role-play practices for real-world situations
✅ A personalised boundaries plan to carry forward after the workshop
✅ A supportive, non-judgmental space to share and connect
Spaces are limited, book now to avoid disappointment!
Please note that all seminar tickets are non-refundable up to 10 days before the date of the event.
