In this sound bath, you’ll be guided to cultivate emotional resilience and balance as you prepare for the holiday season. Through soothing vibrations and guided visualization, you'll explore creating healthy boundaries and fostering heart-centered connections. This practice will help release tension, strengthen your sense of self, and open space for deeper, more fulfilling relationships. Leave feeling grounded, centered, and ready to navigate the holidays with ease.

What you can expect:

Arrival: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your space and connect with the community.

Introduction: Meet your guide, Megan Kamosi, and the beautiful Luminae Wellness center in Berkeley, California.

Sound Bath: 60 minutes of guided visualization and sound bath with crystal singing bowls and various healing instruments.

Reflection/Integration Time (optional): Enjoy tea and an opportunity to meditate, journal, connect and/or share about your experience from 5:30-6:00 pm.

Bring a friend and enjoy this enriching experience together.

Space is limited for this intimate sound healing gathering. We highly encourage you to get your ticket in advance! (Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.)

Preparation: Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket so that you are comfortable lying on the floor for the sound bath journey. We encourage you to arrive early and get settled in so that we can begin on time.

Facilitator Bio: Megan Kamosi, founder of Humxn Tuning LLC, is a sound therapist and Reiki practitioner who loves sharing the healing power of sound. She blends sound and energy healing techniques to help others find balance and well-being. With training in yoga nidra, meditation, vocal toning, body tuning, and chakra therapy, Megan brings a warm, supportive presence to each session, focusing on creating meaningful, personal experiences for everyone she works with.
