Who is this event for?
Women entering or struggling with menopause. Our workshops are perfect for anyone interested in alternative medicine and understanding how their bodies work! Whether you're new to the holistic health realm or a physician yourself you’ll enjoy digestible research-based information and the chance to connect with a welcoming community.
What happens at these workshops?
In the first half of the class you'll dive into easy-to-understand research-based lessons designed to leave you with practical knowledge. We encourage questions and discussions throughout!
The second half is a hands-on experience where you'll learn about 6 different herbs related to menopause and create your own 30mL herbal tincture to take home!
Who teaches the workshops?
Our workshops are led by Dr. Chelsea Leander Birch one of IVY Integrative's Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Herbalist. This month IVY's Nutritionist Elena DiPerri will be co-hosting the workshop. You won't want to miss it!
