Learning to recognize the main edible species is a little training in happiness and reconnecting with our most ancestral selves. All you need are five plants to get started and you can already prepare tasty dishes rich in emotion and flavor.
🌿 Guided botanical walk with Isabella Barreca: naturopath and herbalist specializing in ancient folk medicine and herbalism.
She founded the first recognized naturopathy school in Italy for the study of ancient traditional herbal materials and folk medicines as a trade-union with modern discoveries in the field.
