World Riichi Championship 2025 Ruleset with the following optional modifications:
2.1 Red Fives, 3.2 Nagashi Mangan, 4.1 Modified Uma (+30, +10), 4.4 Counted Yakuman

Pao (liability payments) is off.
Busting is off. If a player's points reduce below zero, they will be given Busting Sticks and will have 20,000 points deducted from their final score.
