Let’s go! The BP Flat Out 5K is here to kick off the 2026 NLAA Toyota Plaza High Performance Road Running Series. #TPHPSeries This fast, mostly flat course awaits you!
The 5 km race begins across from Tim Horton’s on Aberdeen Avenue, runs almost two complete loops, and finishes on Stavanger Drive just past its intersection with Carrick Drive.
After the race, head to Boston Pizza for post-race reception, results, awards and prizes.
