About this Event
Get ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing! This high-energy Strength & Mobility class is designed to help you build real strength, improve flexibility, and move better in your everyday life. We’ll combine functional strength training with dynamic mobility work to increase confidence, reduce stiffness, and prevent injury.
This class is for everybody whether you’re just getting started or getting back into your routine. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, light resistance, and intentional stretching in a supportive, no-judgment environment.
Come as you are and leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and more in tune with your body.
