About this Event
The class will be a full-body, bodyweight workout focused on strength, balance, and conditioning. It will include a dynamic warm-up, functional strength exercises, core and stability work, and a guided cooldown. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided throughout. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water.
