About Dr. Angela
Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Angela Kenzslowe works with individuals and organizations helping to establish positive mindset and healthy day to day interpersonal relations. You may find her helping an active-duty member heal from PTSD, coaching an executive with minimizing limiting beliefs, or teaching a mom good parenting strategy. She focuses on transforming the lives of executives, busy moms, entrepreneurs, active-duty military and veterans. Her diverse background lends her the opportunity to quickly build rapport when working with therapy or coaching clients.
After serving in the Army as a young woman, she went to college, then on to business school earning an MBA. Finally, she graduated with her Doctor of Psychology degree. Since that time, she has become a well sought-after powerhouse speaker and consultant. Her energy speaking on stage or in front of the camera engages her audience as she’s upbeat while expressing difficult concepts in easy-to-understand ways. Corporate clients love her personable demeanor and high value content.
Over the past 2 decades she has focused her career on uplifting, coaching, and teaching others. She has owned several entrepreneurial ventures, taught college level business courses, co-authored a best-selling book, and has a TEDx talk featured on Ted.com. COVID PROTOCOL
We understand that COVID 19 continues with no known end. We take the safety of all very serious!
Individuals (including staff, event hosts, and attendees) should not attend an in-person event if they—or anyone in their household—are displaying any of the following symptoms:
- Fever (100.4F or higher)
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Diarrhea
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
We recommend that those who desire to wear a mask, wear one.
There are lots of reasons to wear a mask:
- You have not yet received your COVID vaccinations
- You have unvaccinated household members
- You’re feeling unwell or sick
- You’re immunocompromised
- You get bad allergies
- You like the way you look with a mask
- Your favorite superhero wears a mask
- You just feel like it
- Any other reason you can think of that you want to wear a mask
The CDC has updated its guidance for face coverings that protect against the spread of Covid-19. The new recommendation advises that N95 masks offer the highest level of protection. According to the agency, well-fitting disposable surgical masks and KN95 face coverings also offer significant protection. Americans are advised not to wear loosely woven cloth masks, which provide the least protection. Cloth masks with multiple layers of tightly woven, breathable fabric provide some protection, but are still not as effective at preventing transmission as surgical or N95 face coverings, according to the CDC.
The CDC stressed the importance of wearing face masks consistently and correctly. All masks should be tightly fitted and cover both the nose and mouth.
While recent research shows that vaccination is highly effective against Covid-19, the CDC still recommends that those who are fully inoculated wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission levels. As seen in the CDC's interactive, county-based map, this currently includes most of the United States. The CDC's data tracker and map are updated daily. In response, many states and cities are reimplementing mask mandates.
The CDC also suggests that fully vaccinated people consider wearing a mask in public indoor settings even if local transmission levels are not substantial, particularly for people who are immunocompromised or at increased risk of severe illness from Covid-19, or if they live with someone who fits that description. Fully vaccinated people who have a known exposure to someone with a suspected or confirmed case of the virus should be tested three to five days after exposure, and to wear a mask in public indoor settings for two weeks or until they receive a negative Covid test result, according to the CDC.

1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and
3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE. I acknowledge the health risks associated with the Activity, including but not limited to transient dizziness, lightheaded, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death. I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.
