About this Event
Borshch Time is more than just a lunch — it’s cultural exchange, care and a sense of community. It is also an opportunity for us, as Ukrainians, to share our hospitality in gratitude for the kindness and support we have received from people across the UK.
At Borshch Time, food is not simply served — it is shared. It brings people together across cultures, languages and experiences.
Many guests return again and again — thank you for helping this community grow.

Tickets — Book Early
Spaces are limited and Borshch Time events often sell out.
Reduced-price tickets for Community Access, students and YOUkraine Teens members are not available on the day of the event.
ℹ️ Eventbrite currently does not support selecting multiple tickets for donation-based events. If you need more than one ticket, please complete separate transactions.
Our ticket prices are suggested contributions that help cover food and venue costs. If cost is a barrier, please contact us — we want everyone to feel welcome.

Card payments for additional donations may be limited on the day.
Cash donations also help support desserts, hot drinks, raffle tickets, takeaway food and additional community contributions.
What’s Included?
Each ticket includes one generous Ukrainian
ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT COMMUNITY LUNCH
A hearty homemade meal (subject to delicious seasonal changes), prepared with care to nourish both body and soul.
🧁 Desserts & hot drinks
available through additional voluntary cash donations. Homemade cakes and pies are baked with love by our wonderful volunteers.
The menu may change slightly depending on seasonal ingredients — but only for the better.
Impact & Donations
Donations collected during the event help cover essential event costs, including ingredients, venue hire and basic supplies.
After these costs, and a small administrative contribution (approximately 10%), the remaining funds support humanitarian work connected with Ukraine through (UK Charity number 1211075).
Convoy4Ukraine fundraises to purchase 4x4 vehicles and ambulances, fill them with aid, and personally deliver them across Europe to Ukrainian partners.
