As Canada’s first Migration and Diaspora Studies (MDS) program, Carleton University plays a distinctive role in advancing migration scholarship and informing policy conversations. The MDS Student Society (MDSSS) is hosting a student-led, two-day conference to bring together early-career researchers, academic scholars, community practitioners, and post-secondary students to gain hands-on experience with conferences and research presentations.
