About this Event
For 60 Minutes, expect an upbeat, high-energy class packed with squats, lunges, pulses & lower-body strength movements that will have your legs working from the first squat to the last.
To help fuel the workout, every class includes the VOLTA Workout Flight:
Drink 1: Energy Shot before class to get you locked in
Drink 2: Creatine, Collagen or both during class to support performance and recovery
Drink 3: Mini Protein Drink after class to help refuel after the burn
Each stop in the flight is designed to help you get more out of your workout, maximize your results and help with recovery from start to finish.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, grab your first flight item, and get warmed up before class begins.
