Come workout with Outside The Box Fitness at Deep River Brewing Company! This is an outdoor, bootcamp style workout for ALL fitness levels led by a personal trainer. The 60 minute workout utilizes various types of equipment, and focuses on functional, full body movements. Strength, endurance, and interval style training is incorporated into almost every workout. Individual, partner, and team training concepts are combined to make this workout a unique experience for everyone. Bring a friend, get an awesome workout in, and meet some new amazing people!
