We will be working both individually and in couples throughout the day.
90 minutes – Technique
* Head movement – how to execute the movement with control and solid technique, both as a follower and as a leader.
* Circular indication leading – how to lead and follow circular movements with clarity, timing, and control.
90 minutes – Connection
* Presence & grounding
* Mirroring & empathy
* Touch & weight shift
* Emotional intention
* Solo-, couple- & group exercises
1 h supervised social session.
