About this Event
Our class is designed for those looking to take care of themselves through moderate exercise.This 5 days/week in-person course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which the training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power.The course will start on 4/6 and run through 6/26, Monday-Friday. Class is from 6 am to 7 am and and will meet at the small gym, room 2501, on the main campus, or at a location decided upon by the instructor.
